Blessing Day!

This is Meggin's blessing dress! I know the pictures are small, but the place we had them taken won't allow change of format. Isn't she beautiful?!!

This was her special day, November 2, 2008. Everything was great. We had Mor Mor and Papa, Uncle D, Aunt Jen and family there as well as our very dear friends, The Hunt family. Thank you Alison for the great photos!

Halloween: Trick or Treat!!

It was a holiday filled with costumes, fun and treats!
We started the day at Alex's school parade as Superman and Spiderman

In the evening we went to our friends' who live around the corner for "scarey pizza" and then trick or treating.

Alex "The Flash" and his friend Matthew "the vampire"

We finished the night as The Flash and Batman!

Here are our superheroes and our little Ladybug!
What a fun night!

Pumpkin Picking

Here is our pumpkin picking experience at our favorite farm in Chester, NJ (Alstede Farms) the Saturday before Halloween. Yes, it was raining and muddy! We were just about the only ones out there.
The boys had fun! So did mom pulling the cart with Nik and the pumpkins. Daddy broke his foot the week before and stayed in the car with Meggin.

As you can see, Dave has a "boot" on his foot. It's a pain for him but definitely better than crutches.

The Circus

We recently went to the Circus! It was a great time despite the fact that Dave broke his foot the day before. He was on crutches and I had Meggin in the front carrier and a boy on each hand. It was quite a picture.
The boys really loved it...the tigers were their favorite! Meggin was good, she slept through a lot of it despite the noise. The only thing that wasn't great was the price of cotton candy ($12, 0uch)
